As a Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in any stream
  • Good fluency in English and Norwegian language, both written and spoken
