Customer Support Professional for Fashion Industry with Excellent Communication Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients across the fashion industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues
- Ensuring contractual SLA is maintained at all times
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management. Your native level of Dutch and advanced level of English will also be essential in communicating with our global client base.
You should have knowledge about IT platforms, equipment, and applications such as Windows/MS Office, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
A willingness to relocate to Barcelona for an international career and life experience is also required.
What We OfferWe offer a full-time permanent contract with a competitive salary of 18,400 euros gross per year, plus up to 2,500 euros gross per year in bonus.
Our benefits package includes a 39-hour workweek, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, and an office-based job with a central location in Barcelona.
