About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner, providing personalized support to meet their needs.
  • Assist customers with product features, order issues, and technical troubleshooting, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Requirements
  • Native or fluent Italian (C2 level) is essential for this role, as you will be interacting with customers who speak primarily Italian.
  • Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level) are also required, as you will need to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • No prior experience is necessary, as we welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential qualities for success in this role.
  • You must be able to work on-site in Lisbon, as this is a full-time position.

Work Schedule
  • Monday to Saturday: 07:00 to 19:00, with rotational shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Sunday and one rotational day off during the week provide a healthy work-life balance.
