Customer Support Specialist for Fashion Industry

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients in the fashion industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels

Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution

Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A native level of Dutch and an advanced level of English

Excellent knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications such as Windows/MS Office

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Experience living and working in an international environment is highly valued

What we offer:

Full-time permanent contract

39 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00

Office-based job with a central location in Barcelona

Competitive salary of €18,400 gross per year, plus up to €2,500 gross per year in bonus
