About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Fashion Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As the face and voice of FARFETCH's strategic partners, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through multiple channels, including email, phone, and chat. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer expectations by delivering an unforgettable experience and helping them discover our partner's amazing products selection.

Responsibilities

  1. Be the first point of contact for all customers, resolving their queries and requests within our customer promise.
  2. Provide information and best advisory on products and services, addressing other related inquiries.
  3. Take ownership of case resolution, finding the best solutions according to company process and guidelines.
  4. Manage demanding customers with professionalism and emotional intelligence, focusing on solution and retention.
  5. Advocate for customers' needs, working with internal teams to identify and boost localization initiatives.
  6. Continuously develop your skills and support others to maximize team potential.
  7. Contribute to a great work environment, aligning with FARFETCH and strategic partners' values in the team.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a fashion and/or e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent English proficiency in written and spoken form.
  • Good IT skills, including customer service-specific and Windows packages.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues with a positive approach.
  • Natural multi-tasking ability, with excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Possess good organizational skills and a strong team player mindset.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is €35,000 - €45,000, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include health insurance for family members, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional growth and development. We also offer a range of employee perks, including extra days off, a sabbatical program, and training opportunities.
