The RoleAs a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving their queries and requests across multiple channels. You will provide information and best advisory on products and services, taking ownership of case resolution and finding solutions according to company guidelines.
You will manage demanding customers with professionalism and emotional intelligence, focusing on solution and retention. Additionally, you will advocate on customer needs, working with internal teams to identify and boost localization initiatives.
What You'll Do- Provide exceptional service to customers through quality, speed, and efficiency.
- Resolving queries and requests across multiple channels (email, phone, and chat).
- Provide information and best advisory on products and services.
- Take ownership of case resolution, finding solutions according to company guidelines.
- Manage demanding customers with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
- Advocate on customer needs, working with internal teams.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a fashion and/or e-commerce environment.
- Excellent English and Arabic proficiency in written and spoken form.
- Good IT skills, both customer service specific and Windows packages.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to resolve complex customer issues positively.
- Natural multi-tasking ability, with excellent eye for detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance for the whole family, flexible working environment, and well-being support tools. You will also receive extra days off, sabbatical program, and opportunities for training and professional development.
