Job Overview

We are a reference company operating within the luxury sector. This pivotal role as Sales Assistant contributes to the brand sales growth in the store, acting as brand ambassador and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales objectives through the effective use of sales techniques
  • Demonstrate strong product expertise, engage clients through the details and stories of the products
  • Identify customer expectations and advise them on products
  • Understand how to handle customer queries
  • Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment
  • Problem-solving in partnership with team members to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved
  • Update the stock when necessary
  • Preparation of the essential elements for the products' wrapping

Requirements

  • 12th grade (higher education will be a plus)
  • Very good English proficiency (essential) - extra language skills would be great, but not essential
  • Careful presentation
  • Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management consistent with Luxury Standards
  • Previous experience in a retail service context (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to team culture and approach to service delivery
  • Problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities

Working Conditions

  • Does not work on public holidays
  • 40 working hours per week (8 working hours per day)
  • Schedule: 8:00 till 17:00 with 2 days-off per week
