Salary and Benefits
Our compensation package includes a competitive salary with or without accommodation. The estimated monthly gross income for this role is €1,350-€1,450. In addition to a comprehensive salary, we offer an international package that includes reimbursement of initial flight expenses, airport pick-up, yearly two-way flight tickets, and assistance with paperwork and opening a bank account.
Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our esteemed clientele. Your key responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with fashion advice and product recommendations throughout their shopping experience;
- Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, social media) in a professional and friendly manner;
- Supporting customers with product information, order placement, tracking, and returns/exchanges;
- Resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and retention;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns;
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions;
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and recommending solutions to enhance customer experience;
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A good level of fluency in German (written and spoken), with English being a plus;
- A good sense of fashion, preferably with previous experience in the fashion industry;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen to customer concerns;
- A team player who feels comfortable in a multicultural work environment;
- A proactive mindset with great problem-solving skills in a professional manner;
- Availability to work flexible hours in rotating shifts (depending on the project).
Bonus Compensation During Training Period
If you are successful, you will receive 90% of your hourly wages during the training period (from 1 to 4 weeks) at lower taxes.
