Customer Support Specialist

At Bosch, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the international travel industry. This role will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with our app and related software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, or other channels;
- Analyze customer requests and provide solutions and step-by-step guides to help them use our app effectively;
- Advise customers on software and app updates and ensure they are aware of any changes or new features;
- Act as a liaison between customers and our technical team to resolve issues and improve our services;
- Collaborate with dealerships and customer support teams to resolve app-related issues;
Requirements:
- Norwegian (C1 level) or Swedish (C1 level) mandatory;
- Fluency in English;
- Good communicative competencies, commitment, and solutions-oriented mindset;
- Experience in customer service, ideally in a call center environment, with a strong interest in the travel industry;
