Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing fashion advice, and ensuring a high level of service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely responses to customer queries
  • Assist customers via phone or email, addressing their concerns and resolving issues
  • Maintain quality and efficiency standards to meet team targets
  • Identify and process potential fraudulent orders
  • Provide shipping and delivery information to customers
  • Offer personalized advice and guidance to customers
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native written and verbal communication skills in Italian
  • A good level of English proficiency
  • Social media responsiveness and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to create upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Effective email management and argumentation skills
