We're seeking a driven Technical Customer Success Specialist to join our innovative and dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Job Overview

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll interact with clients through various channels—phone, chat, email, and social media—handling account, technical, and financial inquiries. Your role will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to improvements in our processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional support via phone, live chat, email, and social media
  • Address inquiries related to account setup, verification, login issues, financial concerns, and technical difficulties
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, particularly in the sports industry
  • Respond quickly to customer questions, concerns, and feedback
  • Build strong relationships with customers through clear and effective communication
  • Maintain high service standards in line with company policies
  • Provide suggestions for process and service improvements

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
