We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle client interactions across multiple channels, resolving account, technical, and financial inquiries. Your contributions will enhance customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support across phone, chat, email, and social media
- Address setup, verification, login issues, financial inquiries, and technical problems
- Serve as a trusted advisor, especially for clients in the sports industry
- Respond promptly to customer questions, concerns, and feedback
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH CLEAR AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
- Maintain high service standards while following company guidelines
- Recommend process improvements to elevate the customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
