Blu Selection is a tech startup based in Valencia, Spain, offering an exciting opportunity for a Fintech Customer Support Professional to join our team.
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch customer support to our B2B clients in the fintech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling payment inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and improving the overall customer experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide excellent support to B2B customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshooting: Brainstorm with colleagues to resolve customer queries and develop suitable solutions.
- Process Improvement: Map and improve business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction.
Your Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Languages: Proficiency in Dutch (native speaking level) and C1 level in English.
- Skills: Competency in using computers and being proactive and solution-oriented.
