We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Technical Support Specialist for Fintech Customer Service to join our team in Valencia, Spain.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to B2B customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, driving innovation and change management.
- Handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers across various client platforms.
- Monitor and respond to Trustpilot reviews to enhance overall company NPS through excellent service.
- Evaluate and escalate customer queries, proposing effective solutions.
- Identify and optimize business processes to elevate customer journey and satisfaction.
About You:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Dutch (native level) and English (C1 level).
- Possess strong computer skills and be proactive in finding solutions.
- Show enthusiasm for working within an ambitious team.
