We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Technical Support Specialist for Fintech Customer Service to join our team in Valencia, Spain.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to B2B customers via email, chat, and phone.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, driving innovation and change management.
  • Handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers across various client platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to Trustpilot reviews to enhance overall company NPS through excellent service.
  • Evaluate and escalate customer queries, proposing effective solutions.
  • Identify and optimize business processes to elevate customer journey and satisfaction.

About You:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Dutch (native level) and English (C1 level).
  • Possess strong computer skills and be proactive in finding solutions.
  • Show enthusiasm for working within an ambitious team.
