Are you looking to advance your career in the fintech sector? Blu Selection is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to B2B clients via email, chat, and phone. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work closely with colleagues to continually improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer journey
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions
- Handle payment inquiries and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Monitor and respond to Trustpilot reviews to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in the Dutch language at a native speaking level and a C1 level in English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
