Technical Support Professional

We're looking for a candidate with a Master's Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or IT, and at least 1 year of experience in support or customer service roles. Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and French is required.
As a Post-Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and accompanying our smart installed base, providing outstanding customer service, and collaborating with our team to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and IoT devices.
- Develop and maintain documentation of support processes and procedures.
- Train local support teams, commercial teams, and customers on our solutions.
- Support internal projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve our mission.
