About the Role:
Cluster is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, handling inbound queries, troubleshooting issues, and managing repair requests. You will also be communicating with customers via email, phone, chat, and other lines of business, acknowledging and efficiently resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a respectful tone in all communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via various communication channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Manage repair requests and align with the repair network
- Communicate with customers in a professional and respectful manner
- Resolve customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Positive attitude, customer satisfaction orientation, and proactivity
- Ability to deliver results independently and in often ad hoc situations
- Well-organized, with excellent work ethic and integrity
- High-school diploma or higher
- Over 2 years of Customer Support/Technical Support experience
- Reliable professional and progressive mindset
