">We are currently seeking a Technical Support Professional who thrives on challenges and is eager to evolve. This hybrid work model project is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients in implementing and testing products and services;
- Have in-depth knowledge of products, services, and their integration aspects to provide efficient and effective support to customers and partners;
- Resolve incidents and respond to requests for clarifications associated with the services provided;
- Ensure that support requests are resolved quickly and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
- Promote meetings with clients' technical areas to speed up the resolution of complex issues;
- Analyze, document, and improve internal processes and tools.
Requirements:
- (1+) years of professional experience in functional analysis or systems development/implementation roles;
- Proficiency in English;
- Knowledge of payment systems from a technological point of view and of the products and services provided;
- Previous experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is approximately 35,000-45,000 EUR per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The compensation package includes benefits such as medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. We believe in recognizing and rewarding our team members' hard work and dedication.
