Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to B2B clients, mainly via email and chat, but also phone. You will work closely with your colleagues to improve the customer experience, troubleshoot issues, and implement innovative solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting B2B customers with payment inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Improving business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction
  • Flagging and escalating customer queries and finding suitable solutions
