Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $140,000, plus an additional $200,000 - $300,000 in OTE (On-Target Earnings).
Job Description
This role involves selling fintech solutions to nonprofit organizations, requiring strong relationship-building skills, especially with decision-makers. As an Account Executive, you will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, driving revenue growth and developing strategies to close deals within the nonprofit sector.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably with nonprofits, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. A history of meeting or exceeding sales goals, grit, empathy, and a knack for navigating complex sales cycles are essential. Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Hubspot, is also desired.
