The Role:

As an Enterprise Sales Professional at Rydoo, you will own your territory and drive sales growth.

You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities, collaborating with business developers to fuel your pipeline, and developing a go-to-market strategy for your territory.

  • Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling Rydoo's solutions.
  • Territory identification and research to formalize a go-to-market strategy.
  • Pipeline development through increasing productivity of sales developers, personal business development, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge.

Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement.

Assist in increasing productivity across your territory, including other account executives.

Engage with prospect organizations to position Rydoo's solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.

Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources.

Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.

Acknowledge monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.

Meet minimum requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive within a SaaS industry.
  • Academic degree or equivalent by experience.
  • Natural sales hunter with experience in managing accounts.
  • Great social skills and being a dynamic presence.
  • Positive and upbeat attitude.
  • Pasión to take part in a scale-up culture.
  • English minimum level C1.
  • Additional languages: C1 level of German, Dutch, French, or Spanish.
