Rydoo is a leading fintech scale-up that revolutionizes expense management with its innovative app. Our team of 150+ international professionals from over 33 nationalities is building a new generation of expense management software, focusing on product development and user experience.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our sales team in Lisbon. As a key member, you will take ownership of your territory and drive sales growth within it. You will collaborate with business developers to pursue new opportunities and increase net revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying new opportunities and selling Rydoo's solutions.
- Develop a go-to-market strategy for your territory through research and analysis.
- Pipeline development using sales productivity, personal business development, email campaigns, and market knowledge.
- Maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement.
- Enhance productivity across your territory, including collaborating with other account executives.
Sales Process: Engage with prospect organizations to position Rydoo's solutions through value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data. Manage the end-to-end sales process, involving appropriate resources like Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive in the SaaS industry.
- An academic degree or equivalent by experience.
- A natural ability to hunt for sales and manage accounts.
- Excellent social skills and a dynamic presence.
- A positive attitude and passion for taking part in a scale-up culture.
- English minimum level C1 and additional languages at C1 level (German, Dutch, French, or Spanish).
