Customer Service Representative for Fashion Industry

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Customer Service Assistant to join our team at PVH, a leading clothing multinational company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
About the Role:

You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing accurate information on our products and services. Your goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, fostering a long-term relationship with our brand.
A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Assistant:
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Your tasks will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You will also have the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell our products, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue. Additionally, you will work closely with your colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. You should be proficient in Italian, as well as have a good understanding of English. A strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and ability to multitask are essential for this position. We are looking for someone who is proactive, motivated, and able to work effectively in a team. If you have experience in customer service or a related field, that's a plus
