About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative for Fashion Retail, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries. This role involves providing assistance through various channels, including phone and email support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with order-related queries, including processing orders, shipping, and delivery information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed support to customers.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, both native and non-native speakers are encouraged to apply.
- Good level of English, written and spoken is essential for this role.
- Social media responsiveness, including tracking and responding to customer comments, is a key requirement.
- Ability to create positive message delivery to our customers and manage several emails in an efficient way.
- Problem-solving skills and good argumentation skills are necessary for success in this role.
