Sugar Industry Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Sugar Industry Customer Service Representative. This role will be based in North America, where you will work closely with our sales team, finance department, and supply chain colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Spanish and English. They will also have experience working in a demanding environment with high levels of accuracy and flexibility, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming service requests from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also work closely with our internal teams to identify opportunities to improve supply chain performance and deliver better on-time-in-full (OTIF) targets.
To succeed in this position, you must have a strong customer-focused attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. You should also be able to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization, from sales representatives to senior management.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
