Lisbon Customer Support Specialist with Czech Language Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join Cross Border Talents in Lisbon as a Customer Support Specialist, utilizing their exceptional communication skills and proficiency in the Czech language. About the Role: As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital part in delivering top-notch customer experiences by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via various channels. Your strong analytical skills and ability to work independently will be essential in meeting deadlines and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email and phone calls
- Utilize excellent communication skills to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- Czech C2 level
- English B2 level
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Self-sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- EU Citizenship / Residence card / Manifest of interest (some clients)
