About the Job

This role encompasses delivering exceptional technical support to Enterprise customers over the phone and through web-based channels. Your responsibilities will include problem identification, investigation, and resolution, as well as taking ownership of new cases and escalations, addressing customer satisfaction concerns proactively.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Czech and strong English language proficiency (B2 Level)
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 in an Enterprise environment, particularly Exchange Online
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
