We are seeking a highly skilled Czech Language Support Specialist to join our team at ManpowerGroup Greece.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who can communicate effectively with international customers in Czech and English. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple channels of support.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or chat.
- Provide Accurate Information: Offer precise and relevant information using the right methods and tools.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve targets and provide seamless support to customers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Czech and English. Proficiency in MS Office tools and a strong passion for delivering top-notch customer service are also essential.
