Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist with language skills to join our team. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will provide exceptional customer service and product support via phone and email. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and product support to meet client expectations.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM systems at all times.
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of products by staying up-to-date and providing expert guidance and advice on products and services.
  • Demonstrating products and delivering online and in-person training for clients.
  • Creating and updating training manuals and videos as well as leading webinars.
  • Traveling to clients and exhibitions to promote products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a customer-focused approach and be fluent in French, German, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish as well as English. You should also possess:

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B customer/client services.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional manner.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
