About the Role

Language Matters is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Norwegian language specialist to join our team in Daventry. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients across various channels.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and effective solutions to their queries;">
  • Taking ownership of complex issues and following through to ensure customer satisfaction;">
  • Escalating enquiries to senior colleagues when necessary;">
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience;">

About You

">

We are looking for a reliable, customer-oriented individual with excellent Norwegian language skills, a positive attitude, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working from our Daventry office (maximum 1 day per week) as part of a friendly, multilingual team.

The Ideal Candidate

">

Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken;
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or equivalent;
Excellent listening and communication skills;
Able to remain calm and professional in challenging situations;
A team player who enjoys interacting with people;
Able to commute to Daventry.

Benefits and Career Opportunities

We offer an attractive salary of around £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with excellent training opportunities and a generous holiday allowance.
