Expert Pick is a leading gaming and betting company seeking a highly motivated customer support specialist to join their team in Lisbon. This role offers a unique blend of work-life balance with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries through various channels, including chat, email, and phone. They will evaluate specific concerns and implement necessary measures to fulfill customer requirements, collaborate with teams across different locations, and report system irregularities and customer-facing issues to the appropriate department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal skills, high interpersonal skill level, calm manner, and ability to work under pressure. A German language C1 level, at least English language skills to a business standard (B2), and willingness and flexibility to work in shifts are essential. Additionally, we require a flexible, creative, and driven personality who can perform well in a multi-task/cultural and ever-changing dynamic environment.

Estimated Salary:
We offer an estimated salary of €25,000 - €30,000 per year, depending on experience, based on a 40-hour workweek.
