Customer Support Specialist for E-commerce

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring a secure online environment? We're seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Malta.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in responding to customer inquiries via email and reviewing content across marketplaces to ensure compliance with company guidelines and country-specific laws. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a safe and secure online space for users to interact with each other.

We are looking for someone with excellent Norwegian written skills, basic to conversational English skills, and good general PC usage skills. Previous experience is not required, but you should be able to work independently and as part of a team. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge within a dynamic and innovative tech company.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of €19,500 per year gross, comprehensive health coverage, professional well-being support, and additional benefits. You'll also have the flexibility to work from home in Malta or remotely from abroad within the EU for a few weeks per year.
