Customer Service Representative for E-Commerce Support

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for E-Commerce Support. This role involves assisting customers with their online shopping experience, resolving issues efficiently, and providing top-notch support.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Dutch
- Assisting with order tracking, product queries, returns, and refunds
- Troubleshooting technical difficulties and payment concerns
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Gathering customer feedback and working closely with the team to suggest improvements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a remote setting
