Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for E-Commerce Support. This role involves assisting customers with their online shopping experience, resolving issues efficiently, and providing top-notch support.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Dutch
  • Assisting with order tracking, product queries, returns, and refunds
  • Troubleshooting technical difficulties and payment concerns
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Gathering customer feedback and working closely with the team to suggest improvements
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Fluent Dutch and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
  • Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a remote setting
