Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Phiture. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong background in technical operations.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide first-level technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our digital commerce platform. This will involve analyzing complex problems, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 support via phone, email, or tickets
- Analyze data to determine root causes of problems and resolve them remotely
- Maintain system capabilities by testing existing equipment and programs
- Carry out screen-sharing to help customers get set up and operational
- Empower customers by promoting knowledge base and self-service
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Familiarity with TCP/IP | Networks (Switching, Routing)
- Wide proven experience of remote or on-site support
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision
