The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Head of Unit, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.

About the Role

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Unit, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Support the recruitment process by publishing job postings, registering incoming CVs, and preparing interview materials.
  • Draft invitation letters for interviews, welcome candidates, and prepare offer/negative/reserve list letters.
  • Assist with leave management, contract renewals, and other administrative tasks related to career and training.

About You

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and a bachelor's degree.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English (B1, B2 level).
  • You are customer-oriented, autonomous, and organized, with the ability to analyze problems and suggest solutions.
