**Job Title:** Technical Support Specialist with Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
**Salary Range:** €28,000 - €35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Document customer interactions and issues in our database
**Requirements:
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 2-3 years of professional experience in technical support
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
