About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process automation solutions, providing application support, and analyzing internal processes to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement process automation solutions using Ansible, Kibana, Grafana, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Provide technical support for applications, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Analyze and document internal processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of application flows and functional analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell Script).
  • Experience working with tools like Ansible, Kibana, Grafana, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent technical support and resolving complex issues.
