**Job Description**

We're seeking a Sales Associate in Lisbon to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, calling and qualifying new potential clients, and up-selling and cross-selling. You'll also be involved in order fulfillment and post-sales related activities.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, web contact, and orders
  • Call and qualify new potential clients and leads
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Up-selling and cross-selling
  • Building and enriching the database
  • Create business opportunities and increase revenue from accounts
  • Ensure close communication with the team to share information
  • Ad-hoc support

**Requirements:**

  • Native level of French
  • Good level of English is a big plus
  • Motivated, reliable, and committed in work
  • Previous experience in Sales
  • Drive for excellence and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Real team player willing to work with many other nationalities

**Benefits:**

  • EU Citizenship or valid work permit/residency card mandatory
  • Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year
  • 40h/week (8h/day) from Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts
  • Salary: €1040 gross/month including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included), or €1240 gross/month without accommodation
