Job Description

This role involves communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email, monitoring and resolving cases promptly, maintaining customer satisfaction while representing a major brand, and developing strong relationships with partners. We strive to achieve targets set by both the client and the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will need fluency in Turkish, proficient English communication skills, strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge and technical skills are also essential. Additionally, you must be able to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
