Sales Development Representative With French Language Skills

**Drive Sales Excellence in EMEA**

At Zendesk, we're looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving new business and delivering on our strategy for the region.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a high volume of hot inbound leads in our CRM, qualifying high-value opportunities for our Account Executives.
  • Use excellent communication skills to upsell and cross-sell before passing leads to our AEs.
  • Show creativity and flourish in a Zen environment, finding new ways to work.
  • Be motivated to overachieve on targets and metrics.
  • Be the face of the brand, 100% focused on building an outstanding customer experience.

**What We're Looking For:**

  • Fluency in French.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Passion to kick-start or continue a career in consultative sales.
  • Experience in Sales a bonus, but not essential if you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Business experience (SaaS sales preferred / business internship), and examples of being customer-centric and curious.
  • A 'Can Do' / 'Winner' attitude, with a hunger and 'self-starter' commitment to overachieve and succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model on a weekly basis: Lisbon office and remotely.
