Customer Service Representative in Lisbon for Global BPO Leader

About the Role: As a Customer Advisor, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical assistance. You want to learn more about this opportunity? Then keep on reading. Your responsibilities and impact will be:
Providing accurate and detailed information about our company's products, features, and specifications.
Managing and responding to customer requests through various channels.
Assisting customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage guidance.
Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical assistance in an appropriate and friendly manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A native-level proficiency in Dutch is essential, along with a minimum C1 level of English. A valid Portuguese work permit or nationality allowing you to work in an EU-country is also required. Additionally, living in or willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience is necessary. Motivation and commitment to perform assigned tasks effectively are also crucial. Lastly, excitement about intercultural communication and embracing the expatriate lifestyle is vital.
What's in it for you?
We offer an unfixed term contract with a 30-day probation period. Our working hours are full-time (40h/week), with different opportunities depending on the project. Salary conditions include €15,000 - €17,000 per year, plus a performance bonus of €120 from the 4th month.
