Global Customer Service Representative for Portuguese BPO Company

As a Global Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's activities by providing top-notch service to customers worldwide. You will work with esteemed brands, utilizing your excellent communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound calls and customer inquiries
- Providing support and direction to customers, resolving service issues efficiently
- Maintaining accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database
- Troubleshooting using open questions, support documents, and system training
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Korean (C2 Level or Native)
- Good knowledge of English (B1 level)
- Typing Speed: 20 words per minute
- Availability to work in rotating shifts
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication, listening, and empathy skills
- Good time management skills
- Team spirit and flexibility
We offer a competitive salary, including:
- A salary range estimated at €22,000 - €28,000 per year, depending on experience
