As a Global Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively troubleshoot problems and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Document interactions thoroughly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Native or fluent Dutch speaker with strong English proficiency.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Meal Allowance: €7.23 per day worked.
  • Transport Allowance: €20 per month.
  • Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage starting on the first day with a small monthly contribution.
