Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Expert to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

About the Role:

Your primary objective as a Customer Support Expert will be to deliver top-notch support to our customers by resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries in a friendly and helpful tone
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to customers to resolve their concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback on our database
  • Troubleshoot customer issues using open-ended questions and technical documentation
  • Offer solutions and recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Finnish (C2 Level or Native)
  • Good knowledge of English (B1 level)
  • Typing speed: 20 words per minute
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Previous experience or contact with clients
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Team spirit and flexibility
