About the Role:
Your primary objective as a Customer Support Expert will be to deliver top-notch support to our customers by resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries in a friendly and helpful tone
- Provide personalized support and guidance to customers to resolve their concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback on our database
- Troubleshoot customer issues using open-ended questions and technical documentation
- Offer solutions and recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions
Requirements:
- Fluency in Finnish (C2 Level or Native)
- Good knowledge of English (B1 level)
- Typing speed: 20 words per minute
- Availability to work in rotating shifts
- Excellent computer skills
- Previous experience or contact with clients
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Good time management skills
- Team spirit and flexibility
