We're seeking an experienced CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPERT - NORWEGIAN SPEAKER to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for ensuring that performance goals are met across all operations and that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information.
  • Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned).
  • Respond appropriately or escalate customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets.

About You

">

We're looking for someone who has a high level of Norwegian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2). If you possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users, demonstrate patience when communicating and solving issues, keep up with the latest IT and tech-related trends, and are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player, then this could be the perfect role for you
