We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist customers through various channels, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Address product-related questions, technical issues, and order concerns with accuracy and professionalism.
- Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to specialized teams when necessary.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- No prior experience is required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
