Customer Support Expert for Italian Clients

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Italian-speaking clients through multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
About the Role:
- Provide timely and effective customer support to Italian-speaking clients.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer precise and helpful information.
- Accurately log and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Native-level proficiency in Italian (written and spoken). Proficiency in English is required for internal communication.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are crucial.
