Italian Speaking Customer Support Specialist

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Italian-speaking customer support specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-tier technical support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is between 2500€-3500€ per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
In this role, you will work as part of an exciting opportunity in the website technical solutions industry, supporting Italian-speaking customers with technical issues related to websites, troubleshooting, and resolving any challenges faced by the users.
You will work under pressure while maintaining high levels of service, especially during peak hours and weekends. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company with plenty of room for career development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in Italian (Minimum C2 level required)
- Intermediate proficiency in English (B2 level or higher preferred)
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A passion for technology and an ability to learn quickly
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks at once
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage customer queries and ensure accurate reporting
- EU ID required for employment in Portugal
