Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients.

About the Role:

  • Engage with customers via phone and email to provide guidance on Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners' products and services
  • Analyze information and solve problems to meet customer needs
  • Work collaboratively with the team to improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Requirements:

  • High level of Italian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with empathy and teamwork
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and a great team player
