Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients via various communication channels.
About the Job
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer service. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and challenges efficiently and professionally, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
- Achieve individual and team performance goals by identifying areas to enhance the customer experience and escalating complex issues when needed.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2 level) with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer support or a client-facing role is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Team-oriented with a positive mindset and a passion for customer service.

Estimated Salary
